Delivery Timescale

NZ WIDE

Orders to most destinations within New Zealand will be dispatched on the day or next day, and would be normally with you in 3 – 5 business days.

NZ RURAL

For rural addresses in NZ, it would take extra 2 days by circumstances. Please bear this with us.

Delivery Fees

NZ Free delivery!

We offer free delivery within NZ on all orders over $49.

NZ Standard delivery

Any order under $50 ($0 - $49), the fee is only $5.90.

Express delivery

If you want the express delivery, please contact the team.

It would take 1 – 2 business days NZ wide, and provide a tracking and proof of delivery service. The fee is depends on the weight of the order.

Changed mind?

If you change your mind within 14 days, you can obtain refund.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on DIY Kits.
Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.
You may need to pay for the shipping fee.
